Featuring International Dawn Chorus Day and National Gardening Week

May 2nd is International Dawn Chorus Day where the birds sing to defend their territory and attract a mate. However if you don't want to rise before 5am to hear it yourself, Kate will bring you the birds through your speakers. We'll also be finding out exactly what we are hearing during the dawn chorus.

It is the end of National Gardening Week on Sunday so Kate will be finding out about the benefits of getting out into the garden on our physical and mental well-being.

Gloucestershire's Daisy Payne has a new gardening segment on ITV's This Morning, but she's also appearing on Kate's show too, to tell us about her allotment in Cirencester.
