Bringing people together from our different cultures and communities in Suffolk.
It is mental health awareness week, so throughout the show we hear how different communities support their well-being. Members of the East Suffolk CCG and Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality talk about a new webinar event, that aims to understand more about Mental health in Black, Asian and minority groups, and the provision there is to support locally. Jammy Podcasts creates a special youth feature all about mental health and well-being in young people in and around the Woodbridge area. Ezra Hewing comes on to talk about his work at MIND and his new book for young people, that helps us understand why movement can help mental well-being.The True Thoughts Radio and Phoenix club team share their thoughts about coming out of lockdown and the anxiety that some feel, plus we reach out to hear how you have supported yourself this last year.
