The number of children in care in England is at its highest since 1985 and it's rising. Domestic violence and a mother's addiction to drugs and alcohol are often factors in a child's removal.
The reporter and DJ Milly Chowles became a mum last year, and is in long term recovery from addiction. She was given lots of chances to change but her fear is that women now aren’t getting those opportunities. In the fourth instalment of her series, we hear from 'Bea'.
