An intergenerational US Jewish family discusses their views on Israel
New research from the Pew Foundation finds that less than half of young American Jews feel attached to the state of Israel, compared to two-thirds of the older generation of Jewish Americans who feel a strong connection with Israel. The ´óÏó´«Ã½ spoke with two Jewish Americans from both those age groups who are members of the same family, Alyssa Rubin, aged 26, in Colorado, and Jason Pearl, Alyssa's grandfather who is 89 and lives in Connecticut.
