Using black soldier flies, Biobuu turns food and organic waste into a nutrient-rich animal feed and organic fertilizer. Food waste is collected, automatically sorted and crushed before being put into large containers filled with black soldier fly larvae. That larvae processes the waste and out comes two products; one is, the larvae itself which is processed into a protein powder and the other is leftover waste, which is turned into fertilizer.
