The Flapper pub saved
A historic Birmingham pub that was earmarked for demolition has been saved and will reopen in July.
Renowned for its canal side location and live music, The Flapper closed its doors in January 2020 and was due to be turned into flats but the city council reversed its decision after growing pressure from customers and the venue will again open its doors to thirsty customers on 21st July.
Samantha Campbell-Whyte is the owner.
