Team GB's Adam Peaty aims to become the first British swimmer in history to retain an Olympic title as more medal events take place in the pool. Peaty is unbeaten over 100m breaststroke since his debut at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow 2014 and has lowered the world record five times.
