West Indies legend Michael Holding joins Stumped鈥檚 Alison Mitchell, Jim Maxwell and Charu Sharma to share his experiences of racism and discuss the perceptions growing up around marriage.

Last year his powerful speech about racial injustice went viral. The former West Indies star has now published the book 鈥淲hy We Kneel, How We Rise鈥�, discussing racial injustice and how every sports man and women can use their voice to educate and fight this problem.

He also gives his reaction to the racist abuse aimed at England footballers following their European Championship Final defeat to Italy.
