How Ghana is maximising profit from its cocoa industry
Ghana has started down a path to getting a fair share of the global chocolate market. The first step in the process came a few months ago when the government announced it was stopping the export of raw cocoa beans to one of the world’s largest chocolate producing countries, Switzerland.
