Bringing people together from our different cultures and communities in Suffolk.

On tonight's show we hear from Ipswich Windrush Society on how they are looking for a permanent home for Windrush installation at Sailmakers shopping centre. We have some more updates from Local Afghans on how they are trying to help their families at this desperate time. Many local women have come forward to share memories of their part in Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp - which marks 40 years this week, since the beginning of the movement.
And lastly, Cambridge University launched a new public study of experiences of autism, we talk about what this really means to local autistic people.
