'People need safe and legal asylum' - Emma Hardy MP on the situation in Afghanistan
The Hull West and Hessle MP, Emma Hardy, has told 大象传媒 Radio Humberside "There are lots of people feeling afraid and worried about their family members and friends, not being able to contact them and not being able to find out if they're safe or not." Emma Hardy has been sharing her views on the situation in Afghanistan and says "One of the things they (the Government) needs to be looking at is giving people safe and legal asylum." The Government has said it will publish details of a "bespoke approach" for Afghan refugees in due course. Listen here to Emma Hardy's interview in full.
