Flying during Covid: Air rage has been 'the worst I've seen'

As global air travel reopens, more people are flying, and it falls to the cabin crew to enforce Covid rules, ensure guidelines are followed and deal with unruly, non compliant or even abusive passengers.

Teddy Andrews is an airline attendant who's been working through the pandemic. He explains how his work has changed and the challenges he's been facing, from passengers refusing to wear a mask to fuming about cancellations and delays. He says that the atmosphere can get so heated that he has to 'go to the lavatory and pray'.

"It's been outrageous, egregious, ridiculous. I've been in the industry 40 years and it's the worst that I've seen in terms of air rage."
