Rachel Swann: "Women and girls should feel safe with police officers"
The conviction of police officer Wayne Couzens for the abduction, rape and murder of Sarah Everard continues to cause outrage and fuel a national debate about violence against women.
It's also led to a number of questions about the behaviour of some male police officers and how much Couzens' conviction has damaged the reputation of the police.
Rachel Swann is the Chief Constable of Derbyshire Police, and she joined Ian Skye.
