England to make 'essay mills' illegal
Amid concerns about students submitting work they didn鈥檛 write, England is to make it illegal to offer essay-writing services to students for a fee. Gareth Crossman is the head of policy for the Quality Assurance Agency, which is responsible for safeguarding standards in UK higher education, and tells Rob Young how widespread the use of so-called essay mills actually is.
