Bringing people together from different cultures and communities in Suffolk and Norfolk.

Tonight is the first for Belongings show in it's new home of Monday, so by way of celebrating and welcoming in our Norfolk listeners we give a full flavour of the type of content, voices, stories and contributors we love to hear from.
Today, we head back to Maharani, one of the oldest Indian restaurants in the country and Minaz who grew up working in the restaurant and gives us his journey and perspective on community. We hear from Foxhall House is a low security Mental Health Unit based in Suffolk . Chris and Peter, Two of the Clinical Support Workers at the unit have brought their own music skills to bring creativity to the service users by making a new music project that helps to build confidence, 聽concentration and fun to their recovery.
We hear back to a piece we asked 14 year old Jammy's Podcast to make us all about Mental Health, including his school friends, teachers and writers.
Monika Puchala, who moved to Suffolk from Poland 7 years ago, shares what home means to her and we hear about the Roma Communities in the East of England from Romany Journalist Jake Bowers and school teacher Lucy Hood.
