Couple fined over bus lane t-shirt confusion in Bath
Jon Kay has been speaking to Paula & Dave Knight who received a fine after a camera confused the t-shirt of a woman walking in a bus lane with the registration of their vehicle. Bath and North East Somerset Council says it has cancelled the fine.
