Tommy powers traditional cider press
Herefordshire is famous for its cider, but at one small supplier in the Golden Valley, they're still using a traditional method of processing their apples. Fair Oak Cider has what's thought to be the only remaining horse-drawn cider press in the country. The press at Bacton is powered by Tommy, a 12-year-old Gypsy Cob.
