Leon Clowes discusses his storytelling project of people raised by their grandparents.

These sound-word portraits have been created from interviews with adults who were raised in kinship care.

Concept, production, delivery, editing and sound design is by Leon Clowes.

This project has been commissioned by SPILL Festival 2021, and has been made possible with the support of Arts Council England, Deptford X Festival and from a Sound and Music Creative Seed Award.
