Fossil fuel emissions are causing the world to heat up.
It鈥檚 causing extreme weather 鈥� heatwaves, floods and droughts 鈥� which is making life less secure for millions of people.
Despite being responsible for a fraction of carbon emissions, Africa is especially vulnerable to the effects of climate change.
