Fossil fuel emissions are causing the world to heat up.
It’s causing extreme weather – heatwaves, floods and droughts – which is making life less secure for millions of people.
Despite being responsible for a fraction of carbon emissions, Africa is especially vulnerable to the effects of climate change.
