We start by hearing from midwives in Suffolk, who attended the demonstration in Ipswich as part of what they describe as a national awareness of shortages in the service.

Stella Ojediran comes on to reflect on her JOLLOF rice extravaganza event and to tell us about the heritage of this African rice dish and the variations across the different countries.

We hear from Dulce Duca form Great Yarmouth , who is a circus performer from Portugal now living in Yarmouth, to share her work and journey and what she is currently planning.

Plus, artist, Catalina Carvajal, from Bogota, Colombia living here in Suffolk, comes on live to tell us about her upcoming art show in Felixstowe and the influences in her work.

All this and plenty of amazing global music and beats.
