PM on 'critical' COP26
Boris Johnson says action on climate change is urgently needed.
The world is at "one minute to midnight" on climate change, UK PM Boris Johnson has said.
He was speaking as world leaders gather for a landmark UN conference on climate change, in Glasgow.
Leaders needed to move from "aspiration to action" on the climate issue, he said.
In a 大象传媒 interview, Mr Johnson said the summit was a "critical" moment for him as PM, but warned that an ambitious outcome was still "in the balance".
