Tigray rebels have reportedly won strategic towns 400 Km north of the capital

Ethiopia declares a state of emergency as rebel groups appear to be winning major towns in Amhara state. More people are rescued alive from a collapsed building in Lagos, but fourteen have been confirmed dead and more are still missing.
