A charity in Stratford say up to a quarter of swans in the town have now died from a suspected bird flu outbreak.
Yesterday, the government brought in strict rules for anyone keeping birds after seeing a rise in avian flu cases.
Former Mayor of Stratford Cyrille Bennis, who runs Stratford Swan Rescue, says it's devastated the population living on the Avon.
