If you鈥檙e black - you are 4 times more likely to be stopped by West Midlands police than if you鈥檙e white. Labour Police and Crime Commissioner Simon Foster says that means stop and search policy needs to change. Conservative Councillor - Archer Williams says those powers are the best way to tackle street violence.
