Since 2017, Louise has taken AFC Leyton to being one of the country鈥檚 biggest female-only football clubs, with teams from aged 3 to pathways to professional football.

As well as to players, she offers support to parents, coaches on the field, and pastoral care in creating a club which the community are proud of, and that all parts of the community can feel ownership.
