For over 40 years, Ian鈥檚 work at Southern Ski Club for the Disabled has enriched the lives of people with life-changing conditions. As well as adapting ski equipment and running sessions, he has also trained volunteers to be specialist guides for disability skiing in the area. The training scheme he devised has recently been recognised by the national body.
