Caroline built Hatherley & Reddings Cricket Club from 27 members in 2013 to 224 across ages and accessible cricket.

She has helped a number of young people and volunteers to get their coaching badges and the club to achieve ‘Clubmark’ status, for clubs with the highest standard of welfare, equity and coaching in the community, and pitches in wherever she can from board meetings to scoring and won an ECB award in 2021.
