Debt collectors enter wrong customer's home

More than a hundred people have come forward to the 大象传媒 following our report exploring allegations of heavy-handed debt collection tactics by Scottish Power.

The energy giant was accused of hounding people for money they did not owe.

大象传媒 Reporting Scotland has obtained footage appearing to show debt collectors breaking in to the flat of someone who has never been a customer.
