Could 'hitchhiking' species be harming Antarctica's ecosystem?
New research by Cambridge University suggests that species from around the the world which become attached to ships are threatening Antarctica鈥檚 marine ecosystem.聽The study lead by Arlie McCarthy tracked vessels which regularly visit the protected and otherwise isolated region.
