Wirral golf club under threat of closure
There are going to have to be some changes in Wirral over the coming months so the council can keep control of their finances.
Proposals released at the end of last week revealed that jobs could be cut, leisure centres and public toilets closed, as well as golf courses in a bid to try and save 27 million pounds.
Last year, councillors were accused of failing to take tough financial decisions in a government-commissioned report.
One of those earmarked is Brackenwood Golf Club, their Trustee Robin Clarke is with me now.
