Arrowe Park: 14-hour bed wait 'unacceptable', says report
The Care Quality Commission carried out unannounced visits in October last year because of concerns about quality and safety.
They said it was unacceptable that one patient had to wait 14 hours to be admitted to a ward.
But, there were also examples of outstanding practice in medical care.
Dr Nikki Stevenson is the Deputy Chief Executive and Medical Director of the trust that runs the hospital.
