'We're seeing more mortgage and rent arrears and council tax debt'
Debt charity 'Step Change' has carried out new You Gov research which shows the number of people struggling with bills or credit commitments has doubled since March 2020 - to 15 million people in Britain.
There are concerns that people in vulnerable situations will be hit harder with rising energy costs and cost of living.
