Aimee joins bobsledder Greg Cackett to discuss medal aspirations at his second games, lockdown quarantine with teammates and what it's like to flip over in a sled at 80mph.

With the Beijing winter games edging ever closer, it felt only right that she catches up with some of the athletes who are heading out to represent their nations. As a former professional snowboarder and two-time winter Olympian she knows just how it feels, so is buzzing to introduce you to some of TeamGB’s finest as they prepare for their shot at Olympic gold, as well as some of the biggest international names from around the world.

On this episode Aimee goes for a stroll with Team GB bobsledder Greg Cackett. Greg is the brakeman for the four-man bobsleigh and is heading to his second Olympic games. Along with pilot Brad Hall and teammates, he has been part of incredible success in the world cups in the build up to these games which has left the guys fourth in the world rankings. On a rare day off in the UK for Greg, Aimee headed to meet up with him for a walk around Battersea Park in London.

In this podcast series, Aimee is going to be taking these athletes for a one-mile walk, getting them out and about to chat everything from training plans, food and Olympic goals. Aimee has put together an amazing line-up, there are so many Olympic legends in this series it's unbelievable; from medal-winning TeamGB legends such as Curling’s Eve Muirhead and Skeleton’s Laura Deas, to international icons such as Marcus Kleveland and Mark McMorris.
