Japanese teenager Mitsuki Uno won gold at the 2020 Youth Olympics and has impressed on her debut at the senior Games, finishing second in qualifying. China are double-handed with four-time Olympian Cai Xuetong and 2018 silver medallist Liu Jiayu. Japanese sisters Sena and Ruki Tomita will also be contending for medals.
