The NHS is "riddled with racism" against ethnic minority doctors
A survey by the British Medical Foundation has found at least 75% of ethnic minority doctors said they had experienced racism more than once in the last two years. NHS England has said it takes a "zero-tolerance approach" to racism. Dr Abi Deivanayagam is an NHS doctor.
