The show starts with a reflection on the situation in Russia and Ukraine, with local people coming from both countries and sharing their own fears and hope for peace.

As we mark the last day of LGBTQ+ history month rapper Mista Strange comes on live to talk to Angelle about his music,his appearance on the recent 大象传媒 documentry, We are Black and British.

We hear from a young person who has had support from OUTREACH youth , a project who support and work, with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, Queer and Questioning (LGBT*Q+) young people, their friends and families across Suffolk. Hunter shares a bit of his journey and life on the show and lastly, Brandon comes back to the show to share some tracks and stories from the last time he was on the show - pre pandemic!
