The Hartley Hut: Liverpool history hidden in plain sight
The Liverpool waterfront is always an impressive visit - and it seems like every time you take a stroll along it, you see something new - even if you've actually seen it many times before!
However, that is all set to change for one tiny building at Royal Albert Dock, as the Grade II listed 'Hartley Hut' is about to undergo a makeover - allowing visitors to, at last, recognise this piece of Liverpool Dock's Heritage.
Paul Salt went to meet Dr Liz Stewart, Lead Curator for Archaeology and Historic Environment at National Museums Liverpool, to find out more about this fascinating little building.
