Dave the 'celebrity cat' lived in Southbourne for 13 years, and would often be spotted crossing safely across the high street traffic lights from his home opposite.

He sadly passed away in 2020, but local residents have rallied together to create a memorial for him in some public gardens.

Fern Balch went on a journey to find the plaque, and caught up with store owner Heather who helped to fundraise for it.
