An expert in industrial relations has told 大象传媒 CWR lessons are not being learned from Birmingham's bin strikes.

That walk out several years ago lasted many months, and like Coventry's bin strikes, were a dispute with a Labour-run council.

Professor Roger Seifert from University of Wolverhampton says Coventry City Council is making many of the same mistakes.
