The Emporium is an iconic Coalville nightclub which has hosted generations of dancers, clubbers and ravers over the decades.

But it holds a particularly special place in the heart of Brian Kendrick, an 80-year-old who met his late wife Barbara at the venue 60 years ago.

Earlier this month, while sitting in the pub next door, he plucked up the courage to go back and relive the moment he saw her for the first time.
