Mayor Joanne Anderson explains her "triple lock" to Claire Hamilton 18 02 22

Liverpool City Council says it's changing the way it designs projects and contracts for suppliers so they deliver economic, social and environmental benefits for residents.

It forms part of what Mayor Joanne Anderson calls her "triple lock" - putting people, planet and equality at the heart of every decision.
