It's a sad day, as Jamie has been really helpful. For many years he's given Andrew advice, helping him navigate the system as Carolyn's condition worsened. He's also made sure that, even with supply issues during the Covid crisis, Mum has always had what she needs. Later mobile hairdresser Elaine visits, prompting Andrew to reflect on the way she always treats Mum with respect.
