First up we hear from mental health professional Donna Garrod, about how to maintain our wellbeing, when there is a bombardment of news on all platforms that makes it hard to avoid getting caught up in.
Rabab Elshrife shares so much of her journey and life experiences since coming to Suffolk from Egypt 19 years ago. She has had a life long passion for art after changing career options early on and also wants to write a book of her current work as a taxi driver, highlighting what this is like to be a woman in this position.
Manoj Nair talks about his recent big win at the UK Bollywood Idol.
Maimuna Tricker, who was born in The Gambia West Africa, went to college at Gaye Njorro in The Gambia to learn Afro Caribbean hair styling. Whilst doing my course she met her husband who is English we got married in Gambia and then came to the UK in 2017. Maimuna started working at Revelation Hair & Beauty on Norwich Road as an Afro Caribbean hair stylist, eventually taking over the business in January 2020 - revamping the shop and gaving it a new name Adorable Hair & Beauty.
