Bringing people together from different cultures and communities in Suffolk and Norfolk.
Tonight we spend a bit of time hearing all about the wonderful community event that took place on the weekend, Norwich Road Celebration, where so many people came together, watched a parade, saw many photographs of the people who run the businesses locally, pasted up down the street.
Cad popped over to Volunteering Matters to hear all about their Youth Social Action Project that they are running through the holiday with young people aged 10 - 15. The project is all about understanding health inequalities in the black and minority ethnic groups and ways we can find support for young people, delivered by young people.
The young contributors here are Nellie, Naameka, Lillia, Sophie, Aniah, Yasline, Michelle, Naomi,Lhyara, this programme in partnership with Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality, delivered by Tonia, Vi and their amazing volunteer Bea.
We also hear from Ciaran Buttress, a local student, about his fascination for the art of the Japanese Tea Ceremony.
Lastly, Cad and Angelle welcome Jackie Ellis, a new member of the Belongings team.
