Today sees the deadline for the sacked 800 workers at P&O ferries to sign redundancy and non disclosure agreements.
It's a deadline the transport secretary Grant Shapps has demanded is lifted.
It comes as yet another demonstration against the company takes place at the Port of Liverpool this morning.
