Litter picker calls for action on bottles of wee
Kevin Doherty from Yeovil tells Jack Killah he's finding an increasing number on Britain's roadsides.
He's a lorry driver and says the waste is created mainly by his fellow truckers.
Julian Strong from National Highways South West tells Claire Carter it's a safety risk and the money used clearing it up could be better spent.
The Road Haulage Association says "There’s no excuse for anyone leaving toilet waste behind – it’s deeply unpleasant for residents and other road users. However, this does expose the lack of facilities on our roads. We estimate there’s a shortage of 11,000 safe and secure lorry parking spaces across the country forcing truckers to spend their nights in laybys and industrial estates because there’s nowhere else to go."
