The Rothko Chapel in Houston Texas recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. The Chapel is both a place of worship and a major work of modern art. 14 paintings by the artist Mark Rothko hang on its walls. In honour of the anniverary, composer Tyshawn Sorey was asked to create a piece of music to be played inside. The 大象传媒 sat down with Sorey to find out more.
