In episode nine, Michael introduces Elias Suhail, a new writer based in Folkestone, and his mentor, Ros Wynne-Jones of the Daily Mirror. British-Moroccan, Elias hopes to use his experiences to tell stories that offer a deeper understanding of the multiplicity of Arab identity. His piece, No Regrets, hones in on a pivotal moment in his mother's life, and is performed live by the actor Raghad Chaar in front of a live audience at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff.
