Harry Burkett had gone on a night out last September with friends, but couldn't get into a nightclub because he didn't have his ID with him.

Hours later he was dead, fatally stabbed by a 16-year old boy - who can't be named for legal reasons - and who has been told he may be eligible for release after 12 years.
