'Will melting glaciers bury my home?'
We hear a lot about how melting glaciers are contributing to sea-level rise but not so much about the impact inland. In places like Tajikistan, glaciers feed rivers and are a significant water source.
But the country has lost more than 20% of its glaciers in the last 40 years and mountain communities are already experiencing a rise in mudslides and floods. What might happen to their homes and livelihoods in the future?
